AI Release Notes
| October 2023
Background
Aha! is a cloud-based software platform that helps product managers and teams define their strategy, build roadmaps, and manage projects. Aha! customers can track their information about upcoming features and releases in the application. Product managers are busy people who are constantly collaborating with multiple teams and releasing functionality to their customers. It can take multiple hours to formulate high quality release notes and align the stakeholders involved. We needed to design an intuitive AI tool that saved our customers’ time.

Why are we doing it?
Aha! is great at collecting and listening to customer feedback. Customers can submit “ideas” that help improve the overall Aha! product. This idea, to create automated release notes, was the top voted request spanning over 150 customers. Multiple customers mentioned this feature request would drastically improve their day to day workflow and save time to do other tasks. We saw a great opportunity to dip our toe into the AI market and solve a major pain point for our customers.
